DAM Center of Excellence

The DAM CoE is a training center and knowledge exchange forum for all professionals involved with digital asset management.

Who we are

The DAM CoE is a training center and knowledge exchange forum for all professionals involved with digital asset management. Located in the heart of Germany, we have created a space giving everyone the possibility to learn and discuss in a face-to-face environment. The DAM-CoE combines a deep understanding of digital asset management software and technology with long term expertise in analyzing, implementing and managing digital asset management projects.  The DAM CoE was established by Canto – but its purpose is to analyze digital asset management issues independently of the system or software in use.

We love Cooperations

Digital asset management is a key success factor in times of digital transformation – but it’s concepts are not well established yet. We are engaged in a number of coopertions with universities, commitees and other technology companies.
oasis

We are a committee member at OASIS and are participating in establishing interoperability standards in the field of DAM. The OASIS open standards consortium is starting a new technical activity to define a profile of the CMIS standard specifically for DAM. The goal is to make it easier for digital assets to be accessed and interchanged between systems.

THM_logo_w

The CoE is in close cooperation with the local universities and is partner of THM (technische Hochschule Mittelhesssen). Students can write Bachelor and Master Thesis at the CoE, which offers a high degree of practical relevance.
